Show interstitials from floating app

Hi all,

I have  floating app using using Standout library.from here

I'm showing the interstitial only when my app is running but because of it's a floating app it's not actually the main activity.

Is this allowed ?

What do you think?

I dont think this will be allowed. Becoz users might think that this ad is maybe coming from the app open behind your floating content, getting bad repo for them.
