App rejected due to rewarded ad close button is greyed out and not closeable after 5 seconds.

Our app got rejected from Play Console because the rewarded ad close button is not enabled and the ad is not closable after 5 seconds. 

It's not only affecting our new app with GMA Unity 7.0.0 (Unity 2021.3.2f1), it also affecting our current app in Play Store with GMA Unity 5.4.0 (Unity 2018.4.23f1). 

Could you help to check on this? This is urgent as we need to submit hot fixes for our app. This issue is also reproducible in GMA Unity sample app (GMA 6.1.2, 7.0.0, 7.1.0) by setting up live ad unit ID and app ID, and then compile them as a live build. It's affecting iOS and Android.
