Admob contact us page is not working

Hello Community and experts , My estimated earning for admob is way far from 25 dollars a week, as its almost 150 US dollars a week ,  and still I and many others are unable to use contact us page provided by google admob or google adsense. Link of the page is "https://support.google.com/admob/gethelp" .  When I filled up the form provided by the page and press submit button , it gives the error message saying "Something went wrong , please try again later" . 
moreover there are many threads also created from different users at admob community but no one resolve this issue . Take an example of the link "https://support.google.com/admob/thread/107957790/unable-to-use-help-center-contact-email?hl=en" , Here in this thread google community manager replied that they are investigating the issue , and even after months the issue remains the same.

Hi , and thanks for atleast replying to this issue. I also tried to contact admob but all failed. As the form is not accepting responses. Always get the same error describe above. i think there is a problem with there contact us form. tried all the browsers and even different computers but still the issue remain there.

Same Issue here, unable to contact from form avalible . Although I meet the 25 dollars per week requirement , still unable to contact. Form throws an error.

Can any of you confirm that this is still an issue? I tried on my end just now and was able to successfully submit a help request, but I am not sure if my internal Google account is being treated differently than yours.

I've been facing the same issue as @Solaris Ads/Khizar Tariq & Sana akhtar for over a month whereby clicking contact by email gives the generic error -  "Something went wrong , please try again later" .

Sorry for the radio silence. I'm still trying to fully unpack the issue, but the tl;dr is that the "Contact us" form are changing on the help center to have fewer categories, with the preferred product support channel being the community forum for those questions. There's a bug in the help center UI today where certain topics are still exposed even though they will fail to create when you try to submit.

So if you're getting submit failures, it is recommended to ask your question on the community forum instead.

Can you confirm if you are using the community forum on this page that are not working? If not, and you're getting submit failures, it is recommended to ask your question on the community forum instead. If you still encountering this in the community forum, try to submit again the form every 2 to 3 hours.
