AdColonyMediationAdapter: 100: AdColony SDK returned a failure callback

I'm trying to add these ( https://developers.google.com/admob/android/mediation/adcolony#eu_consent_and_gdpr ) options to AdColony SDK via the mediation SDK.

I don't know whether it works correctly or not, but i get the following error while fetching for ads:

FOR INFORMATION, I'm trying to use it in Python/Kivy using KivMob and jnuis autoclass. I could set those values in using autoclass. But i don't know what causes that error.

UPDATE : i also saw this now :

367 W AdColonyMediationAdapter: 103: Failed to configure AdColony SDK.

and also, the values needed to be set are set correctly.

Hi Wasim,

Thank you for bringing your AdColony Mediation error and ad failed to load error to our attention. Ad failed to load with error code 3 means that there's no ad inventory for your ad unit Id in that load request.  Error 100 is Missing server parameters for AdColony adaptor -  take a look here. Unfortunately we can only support native implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK into apps in Android, iOS and Unity, and you are using cross platform development. Ad inventory is supported by the AdMob forum and is out of scope for us. With that being said, you may want to file an issue with KivMob here.

but before i tried to implement that GDPR stuff, i received a self-test ad from AdColony which showed me a warning saying to do that GDPR stuff.

and as i mentioned, setting those values were successful, which means Jnius was correctly doing it.

how would we fix this error the native way ?

If you know native Android development then you can follow our documentation and videos to get to consent for AdColony and here would be the steps:

• AdColony Consent - https://developers.google.com/admob/android/mediation/adcolony#eu_consent_and_gdpr

You may want to follow these documents while staying with KivMob, but then we won't be able to support that implementation, just suggest tips.
