App open ads being displayed in abnormal positions.

Hi Dev!
The app open ads are not displaying in the correct position, they are appearing higher than intended and do not cover the in-game elements.
It worked well before, but at some point, this issue started occurring.

I am also has the same issue. It can be reproduce by admob demo. When the open ads and interstital ads are displaying video, the video is misplaced. but when displaying text or image, it's good.

I am using 

Android sdk 23.2.0. 

AGP 8.5.0 

Gradle 8.5.0

I also find this issue recently. The open ads and Interstial Ads both has this issue while the ads is displaying video. But when it displays text or image, there is no problem with it. Only displaying video has the issue. 

This can also be reproduced by admob demo.
