Unable to get Ad Inspector to work reliably

Hi, 

We are migrating from AdMob to GAM on iOS and Android. 

On all devices and emulators/simulators the test ads displays fine but the ad inspector is not working properly. I can't understand what it is and I believe it worked at a point in time but after some GAM changes we've made it stopped working. 

Our network code: 56091184

iOS device: 

- Long press with two fingers, troubleshoot => device connected

- Long press => Show ad inspector => An empty white screen pops up with an X

iOS simulator

- Works fine. Shows all ad units and I can test a single network and see adapters. 

Android emulator

- A blank black screen shows with no information

- Error code is 1. Error message is "Ad inspector failed to load"

Android device

- Long press with two fingers, troubleshoot => device connected

- Long press => Show ad inspector => A  black screen shows with no information and a X at the top right. No errors in logcat. 

One thing to note is that on iOS simulator it lists 3 adapters: 
- Meta adapter - OK state (which is expected)

- InMobi adapter - Not found (not expected, we use InMobi for open bidding)

- LRAtsMediationAdapter - Not found (not expected, not even sure what this is)

Any help would be very appreciated as we're a bit concerned launching this in production with an unstable ad inspector. Both Android and iOS are on the latest SDK versions.
