LoadAdError(code: 1,Request Error: No ad to show.)

I launched my app in App Store on July 14th.  Banner Ads in my app we showing just fine until July 19, and now this error appears:

BannerAd failed to load: LoadAdError(code: 1, domain: com.google.admob, message: Request Error: No ad to show., responseInfo: ResponseInfo(responseId: null, mediationAdapterClassName: null, adapterResponses: [], loadedAdapterResponseInfo: AdapterResponseInfo(adapterClassName: , latencyMillis: 0, description: , adUnitMapping: {}, adError: null, adSourceName: , adSourceId: , adSourceInstanceName: , adSourceInstanceId: )), responseExtras: {})

I see no policy violations and everything looks to be in a good state.  The app has not been updated since its launch and the app ID/ad unit ID are hardcoded within the code.  Could someone please look into why this is happening?
