I'm getting error when trying to using Google Mobiles Ads SDK.


12-05 15:04:36.054 24597-24609/? W/Ads: There was a problem getting an ad response. ErrorCode: 0
12-05 15:04:36.081 24597-24597/? W/Ads: Failed to load ad: 0
12-05 15:04:36.081 24597-24597/? D/AdsGoogleManager: onAdFailedToLoad code = 0


I'm getting the error when using this code:
AdRequest adRequest = new AdRequest.Builder().build();

But, if i'm using ad request with testing device:

AdRequest adRequest = new  AdRequest.Builder().addTestDevice("4FB0B542B508E7C061DE2A7D6FE33BD6")
        .build();

My app show ads successfully. 


My Unit id : ca-app-pub-2369637594726411/7362225792

Test Ads are showing but not real ads. So I tried with a different package name and the real ads are showing. So the Ads are not showing for the existing app (package name).

Hi,

Thank you for providing to us the Ad Unit Id in question and the error logs, however, I have to delete your posts because Ad Unit Ids are considered as confidential information. Loading the ads on an enabled test device changes your Ad Unit Id with our sample Ad Unit Id which is why you were able to load test ads consistently.

That said, I tested your Ad Unit Id with our sample app and was able to load ads successfully. The Error Code: 0 may be caused by a number of factors. Please make sure that you have completed payment setup and/or Address Verification.

Since you confirmed that you were able to display test ads consistently and live ads when you changed the package name, then this seems to be more of an Ad serving issue rather than anything specific to your code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. I suggest that you have this double checked by the Product Support Team as they can better give you light on this.

Hi there,

As my colleague suggested, if you were not able to see ads while using your Package Name, then this can be classified as a Serving issue and not something specific with the Mobile Ads SDK. If you have already contacted the Product Support Team, then it would be best for you to continue your communication with them since they are more equipped to handle Ad Serving related concerns. You may also use this Troubleshooter for more specific solutions.
