Trying to implement Appstart ad, but instructions are outdated for iOS

Hi, 

As the title says, I want to implement an Appstart ad in my app. However,

the instructions https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/app-open?hl=sv

are outdated, there is no AppDelegate anymore, so please update the instructions för iOS 15. 

Of course I could try to figure it out myself, but it would be better for everyone if you updated the instructions.

Can you provide us where you find that the appdelegate is not available? Upon checking the migration guide and release notes, there is no mention that this has already been removed. Can you provide us also, your sample app and SDK version used in your app so that we can check it in our end?
