Ad Serving Latency

I opened a case with Google Support and was advised to come here. We consistently see ad serving latency north of 1s when we've been told max SLA is 900ms. This impacts our customer experience as they often see shimmers before scrolling past the unloaded opportunity. 

I have multiple Charles traces here that I can privately attach to reply back to the team looking into this issue.
