AdMob VERY LOW Revenue!

Hello, I am a game developer and I published a game a month ago. Now if I mention about my problem;

All kind of my advertisings(Rewarded video, banner, etc) earnings are very very low. An example for  Rewarded Video Ad, I have a friend and his eCPM for one game is 10$ and for other one 16$. but mine is only 2.5 or 3$. What could be the reason of that? 

And my game's daily user number is +1000. I get +2500 views for Rewarded Video Ad per a day.

I have really hard times with that. Can someone help me?

Btw for a notice, my AdSense PIN came to me instead of AdMob and I entered those numbers as a pin in my AdMob account. And I couldn't take any money yet from AdMob too.
