Extremely Low Show Rates (20%)

Hi,

Our ios app gets about 6000 matched requests a day; however the actual impressions are roughly in the 20 - 25 % range. What we can't figure out is, when we get 100% match rate, why is the impressions are so low? Any advise will be really helpful.
