Ads are not showing up in release mode

Hi

i see the admob support on the store "galaxy store"
and for can upload there the apk (app) them ask the apk on " debuggable="false”"

for that i build on release .apk for the  debuggable to be on status "false"

but when i build the apk on the elease .apk the ads of admob dont show in the app

anyone know how fix this please?

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. I was able to test against one of our sample ads and saw that I got an error code 3. Seeing this we would suggest first that you read this article that talks about new apps. At the same time, we would also suggest reaching out to our Product Support Team , as they are better able to handle issues such as this. As this is generally due to something on the backend restricting it. Also we would suggest making sure that you are able to receive test ads.
