Dear Google AdMob Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue that I am experiencing with my Google AdMob account. When I try to access the AdMob dashboard, it gets stuck at the loading screen and does not proceed further.

Additionally, I have noticed an error in the browser console which states: "Failed to execute script from 'https://apps.admob.com/cam/JsPrefetch?f.sid=6380183285948989000' because its MIME type ('image/gif') is not executable. VM156:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token."

I have attempted to resolve this issue by clearing my browser cache and cookies, as well as trying different browsers, but the problem persists. It seems to be related to a script execution error.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a solution or any necessary guidance to resolve the issue. AdMob is an essential tool for managing my advertising campaigns, and I am unable to proceed with my work until this issue is resolved.

Please let me know if there are any additional details or steps I can provide to assist in troubleshooting this problem. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

Thank you for your attention and support.

Hi Aadarsh,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you confirm if you're using the Mobile Ads SDK? Can you also further elaborate your concern and provide us screenshots of the error so we can further check if this is indeed related to the SDK?
