Applovin Waterfall (Can't retrieve data)

I am having issues with my mediation for Applovin.
Bidding has a green checkmark.
But waterfall has a yellow triangle saying it can't retrieve data.
I have triple checked all the keys and zone ID's multiple times, they are correct.
Does this have anything to do with the authorization box for waterfall being missing? While I can see it when testing to add other networks, there is no such box for Applovin.
Please help me understand how I can fix this.

So that I can raise it to my rest of team for further investigation on our end, could you provide to us the following via reply to author privately option:

  • App ID
  • Ad Unit IDs (and its ad format)

Hi Rickard,

I received the Id's privately and was able to tell they are for Android apps. You may use the Ad inspector to detect what is wrong and can be reported via SDK. You may also want to check Manage ad source credentials & optimization.

Thank you for your response.

Since you mentioned that there is no problem in your app and just on the configuration in your AdMob account, I would suggest to reaching out to the Product Support Team to assist you better on this. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.
