Hi Aleksei,
Thank you for providing the requested details. That said, I'm afraid that the ad unit IDs were incomplete, and thus we are asking that you provide these once more (via Reply to author, or a direct, private reply to this email).. Kindly see this page for an idea of the ad unit format that we were referring to.
In the meantime, could you kindly confirm if you have already created an app-ads.txt file for your app? Issues regarding package names are usually caused by the lack of an associated app-ads.txt for an app; you may check out this page for further details on how to create one.

Hi Aleksei,
Thank you for providing the requested details.
I can confirm that I was experiencing the same issue on my end as well; more specifically, I was only receiving ads whenever I was not using your app's package name while using our sample app (see attached screenshot).
To reiterate, this does seem to be related to your app's app-ads.txt setup (or, more specifically, the lack of it). You may want to check out either this page, or the AdMob version of the same document, for further details on how to create one. You may also want to reach out to either the AdMob Help Center, or the Ad Manager Help Center, for further assistance on this, as this is more of an account-setup-related concern than a technical one with the AdMob SDK.

Hi there,
Thank you for your message. With regard to your concern on publisher ID, this can be obtained from your AdMob account, you can find this on the Account settings page, in the Account information section (more information here).
Let me know if the above information works for you.
Regards,

Hi Aleksei,
Thank you for your message. However, as your concern is an account setup-related issue rather than the SDK implementation issue. I’m afraid this is beyond the scope of this forum. I recommend reaching out to our Product Support Team for further assistance with regard to your concern.
You may also want to check the below documentation to understand common reasons why apps show few or no ads.

Hi Aleksei,
Thank you for bringing this to us.
I just want to clarify things, are you able to create app-ads.txt and added in your account? If yes, it should possible fixed your concern. If not, you may want to check how to create ads.txt. Also, could you please provide your App ID details via Reply privately to author option or send it directly to mobileads...@gmail.com?

Hi Aleksei,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For better privacy, I deleted your post and reposting it below without your information shown.
As you mentioned that everything works fine and just the prod of android is the problem, means that the SDK is implemented correctly. With this, I'm afraid that this is already out of our expertise as we can only guide you for implementation and technical concern for AdMob. What we can offer now is that you reach out to Ad Manager Help Center. We hope that you get a positive response from them the soonest time possible.

Thanks for feedback. I think we have miunderstanding here because actually we are using Google Ad Manager native SDKs (iOS / Andeoid) implemenation and Ads are showing fine on Android dev, iOS dev, iOS prod apps. The only issue is with Android prod app since few months. Below are ad units from Google Ads :
Ad units :
/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx
/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
We did create the dedicated app on AdMob but actually deliver the app thought Google AdManager. Sorry to make the things that tricky.
Best Regards.
