Account has been suspended for invalid traffic

I had launched my app on the 11th of September. Ads were appearing fine for a few days, and then all of a sudden stopped showing up. I did everything that was suggested by your Product Support Team to make sure nothing was missed from my end:
  • Admob, AdSense and Google Ads were linked.
  • Seller information was set to 'Transparent' already.
  • eCPM floors were set to Google optimised > All Prices.
  • App-Ads.txt was added

Apart from this, here's some more context:
  • I didn't receive any policy violations
  • My app was always in Ready state
  • Ad serving was enabled
  • No tech issues since test ads were always working, and no crashes either

And now, all of a sudden when I logged in, It's showing me that my account has been suspended of invalid traffic. What invalid traffic? I had stopped plans of app promotion via social media or paid marketing till the time ads came back. I have submitted an appeal but I'm genuinely shocked at this approach. If my app really had invalid activity, then why wasn't I given a warning? Why didn't I receive a violation of policy? Why was this done so suddenly?
