Admob fail to load : Internal error

I am developing games using Unity3D.

I want to use admob to advertise. But it is not easy.

 - Admob Version : 3.5.0
 - Unity3d Version : 5.6.1f1
 - Google Play Games Plugin for Unity Version : 0.9.38a (0x00000938)

- Advertise Unit ID
string bannerID = "ca-app-pub-8569523572243558/4676317826";
string interstitialID = "ca-app-pub-8569523572243558/3199584625";


Banner and interstitial does not work.


I get OnAdFailedToLoad with an error message "Internal error".

What should I do?

Thank you for providing the necessary information.

I tried using your Ad Unit IDs on our sample app and I was able to load ads on my end. This may indicate that it is a serving issue and not something specific with the Mobile Ads SDK. I would like you to contact our Product Support Team, or use this Troubleshooter, for further assistance on this. Make sure to provide them the affected Ad Unit IDs, your application's package name and other useful information.

Thank you for quick response.

I tested it with your sample app. The result was the same.

I just changed the ID to your sample app and installed admob plugin 3.5.0.

Attach the log file and sample app. 


Is there anything else I need to do?

However, as previously stated, this seems to be more of a serving issue rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. I would recommend that you contact our Product Support Team or use this Troubleshooter for further assistance on this. Make sure to provide them the affected Ad Unit IDs, your application's ID and other useful information.
