 Hello,

I'm French, I use Google Translate, sorry for any errors.

I launched an application 10 days ago on the Play Store, and I integrated an AdMob banner at the bottom of the application. This banner is 50px high and does not hide the content of the application.

For 10 days, I have had around 10,000 downloads, and every day with an increase of 1,000 to 2,000 new downloads per day. The application's communication is mainly done on Facebook, so 90% of users come from Facebook.

Today, AdMob blocked the distribution of the publication "Ad serving is limited. The number of ads you are allowed to serve has been limited.".

Capture d'écran 2023-12-15 004922.png

I make around 55,000 requests and 45,000 impressions per day, with peaks during push notifications.

The ad loads when the application is launched. There is only one advertisement on the application.

I don't understand why my ads are blocked. I don't click on my own ads, all my devices are in "Test Mode", I don't encourage anyone to click on the ads, I don't understand.

Thank you for your advice and tips!

Best regards,
Jordan

Hi Jordan,

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK support team.

After reviewing your concern I understand that AdMob has limited your ad serving after seeing strong download growth.

Please use the following help centre article to understand Common reasons for ads not showing and use the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter to debug the issue. Google works hard to ensure an ads ecosystem that protects advertisers, publishers, and users from fraud and bad ad experiences. As a result, Google may sometimes place a limit on the number of ads your AdMob account can show. This might be a temporary ad serving limit to evaluate your traffic quality, or it might be because we've identified invalid traffic concerns in your AdMob account. If your ad serving has been limited, you can learn more about what it means and what you can do below. To better understand what may have caused the ad serving limit, visit our Guide for ad serving limits.

If the issue still persists Kindly provide the below information for further investigation:

  • app ID
  • ad unit ID
  • Mobile Ads SDK version being used
  • Mediation Adapter used.

Hi Nandar Moe,

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

Upon checking your account we found a "Limited Ad serving" issue in the policy center, which must be resolved. This might be a temporary ad serving limit to evaluate your traffic quality, or it might be because we've identified invalid traffic concerns in your AdMob account. For your account Limited ad serving started on Oct 12 2023. Ad serving on your product is being temporarily limited.

What you can do:

If the issue still persists, kindly contact the Product support team as they are better equipped to address your ad serving limit query.
