Admob Fill Rate Limited due to Quality of Traffic

Hello,

I've been receiving very low fill rates recently (2-3%) and just received this notice from Adsense, saying 

"Dear Developer,

Google is constantly investing in measures to protect and improve the experience for advertisers, publishers, and users of AdMob.

As we have been unable to verify the quality of your traffic, your ad serving is currently being limited. Your sites or apps may experience less demand from Google while we continue to evaluate your traffic quality.

How can I confirm that I am receiving valid traffic (through reports or otherwise) and prove to AdMob that my traffic is indeed valid. When is the period for re-evaluation? Thank you
