Cannot set up payment

Hi,

On the home page of AdMob I have a message saying "Your ad units aren't serving ads because your payment information is missing. Add your payment information now." When I try to add payment info I get an error message saying "the requested URL was not found on this server". I tried leaving feedback over a week ago but received no response.

Frustratingly there doesn't appear to be any way to contact the AdMob team so I'm assuming posting on here is the only option.

However, this forum is mainly for technical concerns specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. 

For issues regarding your AdMob account, please refer to these Account issues FAQs.
