Hi,

I am new in admob and android app development. I have some questions regarding mediation in admob. I have recently mediated facebook ads, adcolony and chartboost with admob. Question is that when i mediated chartboost and adcolony with my admob interstitial group it stuck on "pending optimization" what is this? can you please tell me?....

Thanks,

Muhammad Shaheer Raza

Hi Muhammad,

The "Pending Optimization" warning you are seeing is caused by you authorizing the Ad Network to optimize the eCPM values by fetching necessary data from the Ad Networks you mediated with. The warning simply states that AdMob is still in the process of fetching these data and should not affect Ad Serving in any way.

Hi,

Thanks for your recent reply. My 2 last questions are:

1. I have mediated 3 ad networks (facebook, chartboost, adcolony) with admob, as admob gives us opportunity to mediate over 40+ networks, are these 3 ad networks which i mediated will enough to increase fill rate?

2. Second, before and after mediating ad networks, my fill rate is fluctuating. Sometimes it is 40% sometimes 56% sometimes 98.74 % and sometimes 10.1% !! is this normal situation? Plus, can you tell me that what is the good fill rate for making ads visible permanently?

I will be waiting for your early answer :)

Hi Muhammad,

We can only provide answers specific to the implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. You may have to raise these questions to the Product Support Team as they are better equipped to answer these type of queries.

Additionally, you may browse through the AdMob Help Center articles to get relevant information.
