No Fill in Android using DFP custom event

Dear All:

I have set my DFP system follow the step at below:

Step 1.New Ad Unit and set Size to 320*50.

The Other settings like the pic at below:

Step2. I created an order and set the ads targeting (ad Units) to include my ad unit.

Step3.Add Creatives, I selected the network to Custom Event, and then fill the necessary parameters of the third party.

Step4. I copied the mobile application tag of ad-unit to my android project, and then write custom event class.

Finally, I run my project and it always shows the log at below:

 I/Ads(5797): No fill from ad server.

 W/Ads(5797): Failed to load ad: 3

It can not get my settings of custom event.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong ? Any information you need just let me know.

What are you using the custom event for? Can I see your code where you define the custom event?
