App rechazada por problemas con los anuncios (Android, Admob, Unity)

Hola, me han rechazado varias veces una de mis Apps y ya no se que hacer.

He modificado todos los códigos para tener el asunto de la publicidad controlada.

La información que me mandan es la siguiente:

Ads & Monetization: Ad format requirements​
Only one ad placement can occur per page within your app.

• For example, your app can contain no more than one banner ad within the page.
• For example, your app cannot contain a banner ad with multiple offers.

Me pone que es del APK: 4

Cuando el que he subido es el APK: 37

El 4 es una versión de pruba interna que no se como borrarla.

El tema es que me mandan una foto como está. (Adjuntda)

 Y no se muy bien qué hacer.

It is not recommended to show multiple banner ads on the same screen. Banner ads are rectangular ads that occupy a spot with in the app's layout. They stay on the screen while users interact with the app. I'd suggest that you take a look at this Banner Ad Best Practices video to display ads in your app. You may refer to our Guides and the following support articles for all the recommended implementations:

The screenshot that you have shared in the first post seems like the banner ads are not implemented as per the guidelines. But, the second screenshot seems to be fine. I'm afraid our team can only assist you with the Mobile Ads SDK technical concerns and cannot comment further on your account related issues. Una consulta, ¿pudiste solucionar el problema? 

Me mandaron el mismo screenshots, por lo que entiendo en el banner se muestran varias ofertas, pero eso no está en nuestro control, y de ser así no se explica en ningun lado como cambiarlo.
