Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

According to the Google Mobile Ads SDK documentation, we support the following platforms: 

• Android
• iOS
• Unity
• Flutter

Since React native implementation is not in the list of the supported platforms mentioned above, we will not be able to support.

Hi, I'm trying to add a banner-ad to my react-native app (built using Expo, and testing using a development build). I followed the instructions at https://docs.page/invertase/react-native-google-mobile-ads but the app crashes at start-up with error "Error: BannerAd: 'unitId' expected a valid string unit ID". I assume this error means there's a problem with my Admob account rather than a problem with the app(?) but I've been unable to figure out what the problem is and I've also been unable to contact Admob support at Google.
