[Spoon] Admob ad closing error

I recently checked customer feedback that the close button on the top left is not working after watching the admob ad.
Can you guide us if there is anything special we can do?
The SDK versions applied are as follows.
- Android : 23.4.0
- iOS : 11.13.0

Thank you for reaching out to the Mobile Ads SDK Support Team. I understand that a non-functional close button negatively impacts your user experience, and I want to help you resolve this.
I attempted to reproduce this behavior in our sample project, but I was unable to do so. However, I noticed that you are currently using older SDK versions.
As a first step, I recommend updating to the latest versions (Android 24.9.0 and iOS 12.14.0), as this may resolve the issue.
If the problem persists after the update, could you please share the following details for further investigation?
- A sample project that reproduces the issue
- Your App ID and Ad Unit ID
