Chartboost Network Optimization Failed Credentials

So, I've checked and double checked my Chartboost User ID and User Signature, but it is marked as "Incorrect login credentials for Chartboost. Unable to update the eCPM value. Fix this now".

No matter if I remove the credentials and add them again, or just edit them, the same error message keeps popping up - "Incorrect login credentials for Chartboost. Unable to update the eCPM value. Fix this now".

Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to grant access in Chartboost?

You would have to contact the AdMob Product Help Center for this. They would be able to sort this out for you.
