They will continue to receive ads from your old account. And you will start accruing revenue on 2 separate accounts.

William Ferguson, will it create any issue? as same app is using different publisher id's in different builds? did you have experience in this?

It is fine for two different builds to use different publisher IDs.

I don't have my own apps but I know how it works. If you ever used mediation and changed your publisher ID in the AdMob console, you've even changed your AdMob publisher ID in the SAME build. The publisher ID just lets us know where to credit impressions and clicks in your AdMob account. It's not deeply tied to an app.

Eric is from Google AdMob team. So you can trust him on everything. Just go with what he says.
On the other part, you just want to change country and bank in payment options. Right?Yes you can, just take care in which month you do it. That is, it will take effect in the next month( that too the payment processed in the beginning of the next month will be sent to your new bank in replaced country).
Or you want to have same bank account for two different builds on admob ?

Thanks Eric and Kunal
Acutally, i have two admob accounts, one has country spain and also bank nformation of spain, second has country USA and bank information of USA bank. I have number of apps those are ruuning admob of spain account.  Now i want to shift my all setup from sapin to USA so i can see two ways to do this.
First i can place ads of USA account in my new builds of apps but in this case old builds will be having ads of spain account and impression will be divided into both accounts.
Second i can change the country to USA and bank information to another account of USA, so in this case i do not need to use two admob accounts in same app and my impression will not be divided into two accounts.

I am just concerned about admob policies and which methos is more suitable according to admob?

Thanks

From a technical standpoint, there isn't an issue with using a different publisher ID in different builds. As far as the best option for changing bank countries, that is more of a product question I don't have as much knowledge about. You may consider checking out the AdMob help center to try to get product answers, or fill out this form if you're questions weren't answered to seek out product assistance about your AdMob account.

If possible, keeping the same account seems like the better option to me, because then you wouldn't need to change publisher IDs and all your reporting stays in one place.

Thanks,
Eric

I believe that what you're describing is fine, since two individuals or businesses can share an address.  That said, this is a technical support forum, so we're not authorities on questions of AdMob policy.  I'd recommend using the Account Setup Contact Form to contact AdMob support about this particular question.
