AdColony [*** ERROR ***] : Controller : [error] [App] SKAdNetworks missing from Info.plist

Good day,

I just integrated the latest version of Admob and all latest mediators. Most of them already works and I see advertising. Also, in the Xcode logs I see that it’s successfully initializing AD networks.

Unity 2020.3.17F1, Published in the Xcode project. Tested on iOS 14.7.1

For the android - these networks initialized successfully.

There are problems with two networks:

AdColony [Info] : AdColony library version: 4.6.1.0 64-bit production

AdColony [Info] : AdColony controller version: 3.2.0

AdColony [*** ERROR ***] : Controller : [error] [App]  SKAdNetworks missing from Info.plist. Expected networks: ["4pfyvq9l8r.skadnetwork", ......

And second:

Chartboost 🔥  | Integration error: Chartboost network id is missing from Info.plist

Please add the dictionary {SKAdNetworkIdentifier: F38H382JLK.skadnetwork} to the SKAdNetworkItems array.

At the same time, other grids are initialized without errors: Applovin, Unityads and others.

sorry, but I can't share sample app due to privacy in my company.

We just integrated all latest plugins and netwoks:

All my other ads are working. I've tested mediation for them. Banner, FS and RV are working perfectly, we just followed docs step by step.

We also downloaded latest adapters for each network. 

So, only that two isn't working for us.

Thank you for your response.

Since there are no available sample apps for us to further check this, let me base my suggestion on the error that you are getting. For AdColony and Chartboost, since they have the same error regarding the info.plist, I would suggest checking their network id on here, and try to enable it like this. As per checking, there are no provided network values for AdColony, but on the error logs it already suggested what should be the expected network for AdColony. Can you try adding those networks on your info.plist and check if this works for you?

I just tried to add f38h382jlk.skadnetwork to plist file, but first I found that - it's already there. But anyway I added it again, still that error shown for me:

Hi Build,

Thank you for the additional information. We were also wondering what version of the SDK are you using? I know we just recently released 6.1 and would ask if you have tried it on that version. Also is it possible for you to share with us via the "Reply to Author" button with a sample app that displays this. As well as any steps that you have seen that show this issue.

looks like I managed to create a demo project. File attached.

ALso, I have another big problem - if you launch this project on the iOS device via Xcode - it will work, but then close app and run it just normally, from the Home screen - it will crash!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.We actually have some feedback from our team about an issue that was similar to yours and would ask if you can check these steps out:

• Upgrade to GoogleMobileAds 6.1.0
  • https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-unity/releases/tag/v6.1.0
• Copy the header file (GADUAdNetworkExtras.h) into your local projects Assets/Plugins/iOS
  • https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-unity/blob/v6.1.0/source/plugin/Assets/Plugins/iOS/GADUAdNetworkExtras.h

If there is still an issue please let us know and we can pass it along to our team.

This is not about this bug, this is different. Also, I reported that it's compiling and working in the Xcode, so again, why you suggesting me a fix for that? 

Lets focus on my initial first post of this topic. You should see that if I posted logs, this means that I already fixed compiling in Xcode by copying GADUAdNetworkExtras.h file.

Upon checking your sample app, I could see that there are already available SKAdNetworkItems for chartboost in the info.plist. But, when I checked for the AdColony network, there are none. Can you try to your end to add a new item under SKAdNetworkItems for AdColony network into your info.plist?
