Is it compulsory to have same name as payee in payee profile and account holders name

Hi,

My AdMob account is on hold as it says "You have no valid forms of payment available.

This account has no valid form of payment. Please specify a form of payment in order to get paid."

The above link ask me to add new payment method. It then asks to enter bank account details. 

So my query is ,

The payee profile contains my husbands name , but I want to receive payment on my own account. Can I use my bank accounts details (like account holder name,account,number) in payment setting? Please note that I have not configured my payment method yet. So can I enter my account information in "add new payment method" option?

Is it compulsory to have same name as payee name and account holder name? If yes then can I edit payee profile information with mine?

Please help me in this regard.

you can receive money to any bank account in your country. and  it may not belong to the owner of the account in admob
