AdMob Support's Circular Logic: Email broken, forums redirect to broken email

I need to highlight a serious issue with AdMob's current support system:

1. Publishers face account limitations
2. SDK team directs us to contact the AdMob product team
3. Email support option is broken (throws error when clicked)
4. Community forums only provide generic responses directing us back to the broken email system
5. Cycle repeats with no path to resolution

This circular support system leaves verified publishers with no recourse when facing account limitations. We've completed physical mail verification, maintain policy compliance, yet have no way to get meaningful assistance when issues arise.

Can someone from the AdMob team please acknowledge this problem and provide an actual way to get help? Many developers' livelihoods depend on having a functional support channel.
