Policy center Issue resolved but no ads being shown

Hi,

About a month and a half ago my ads for my app were limited because of an alleged policy violation. I never got any information on what to change so I assumed this was normal since I had recently made my account with Google Admob. After a few weeks, the issue disappeared and the Policy Center now shows "Congratulations! No issues detected." So from this I would assume that my ads would go back to normal and display. 

But the issue is that it has been about two weeks since getting cleared and ads are still not showing. My ad summary shows requests but none are being matched to ads. 
The error message is com.google.admob Code=1 "Request Error: No ad to show." 

I would expect that my ad ID has been suspended for some reason but would love to hear what is actually going on. 

Any help would be much appreciated!

Same issue with me , im affraid my admob will get limited ads again if too many request but no impression, so i remove all of ads code

Thank you for providing the requested details in private.

 

I was able to test both your app (from the App Store), and your ad unit ID (using our sample project), and can confirm that I was getting an error code 1 from both of them. This implies a no-fill error with your app, where there are no ads to display due to a lack of ad inventory. With that in mind, could you confirm if you've already completed the setup of your AdMob account, particularly the billing information and the PIN verification sections? Some publishers have reported seeing ads only after completing their account setup.

 

For further ad-serving or account-related concerns, you may post over at the AdMob Help Center for further assistance. The product specialists there will be able to provide better insights on these.

Hi,

Yes I've done the PIN verification. The payments option says "You don't need a payment method until your earnings threshold has been reached" and the button to add a payment option is disabled.

Whats weird is that my ads worked for the first week perfectly fine, then were disabled because of the policy thing, but once the policy center said everything was good, the ads never came back.

I would recommend that you forward your ad-serving concern over to the AdMob Help Center for further assistance on this, as I'm afraid that we can only assist you with technical concerns on the AdMob SDK.
