Reported Porn ads in my app

Recently, I had a user feedback on one of my apps, saying that "This app serves porn ads, so uninstalled immediately". Although I don't care about the 1* rating that he left by, this specific comment is, I think is very damaging. 

I use only Admob, and don't have any mediation networks configured. I am not sure how can I verify this claim, if it's real or fake. If it's real, how can this be possible? I believed that Admob would never server ads related to porn. 

I understand that the area of porn might be subjective. But, I would really like to know what kind of ads are being served in my app. How can I control what ads are served, and how can I review that?

If it's a fake feedback (the user's ratings history just shows one other app that he has rated), then how do I handle this situation? Any suggestions?

You should probably enable the Ad Review Center. If you happen to actually see the pornographic ad, then you can report it here.
