Slow loading of ads

Hello hello, hope you can help me here.

My Android app loads ads with a >20 sec latency, often close to 40 sec, measured from i make the AdManagerAdView.loadAd(adRequest) to i get a callback in the AdListener.onAdLoaded.

As a reference, test ads are within a few sec.
The ios app is also within a couple of seconds, and im testing on the same wifi.

My ad  is - >  ed0e0faf-d47a-4c10-bb3f-3220c05be769 and the app is 

Im unsure how to debug it further. If i enable ad-debuggin as described here https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/mobile-ads-sdk/android/network-tracing the ads dosnt even show any more....
