PLEASE HELP ASAP🙏. CANNOT SIGN UP FOR ADMOB!!!

Ok, so this is a reallyyyy frustrating situation I am going through. I created a new gmail account and had adsense setup on it and I have a youtube channel. I have two actually but they are under the same email address. One is a personal channel and another a 'Brand' account, but i am the only user/administrator of the account. 

I created an adsense account with my 'Brand' youtube channel and have a video monetized also. Now while trying to signup for admob, it says:

Sorry, abishekrana061@gmail.com cannot sign up for AdMob at this time.
AdMob requires a valid AdSense account and AdWords account. However, there seems to be a problem with one or both of your accounts.

You do not have access to the account that is connected to your AdMob account. Please review the AdMob account issues FAQ.

I have never created another admob account. And I had another Adsense account, which also was not connected to any Admob account. I close my other Adsense account just thinking that might be a possible reason but NO. 

I found a setting of admob within my adsense account and made the account "preferred" for admob too. Picture:

AdMob account
AdMob can connect to only one of your AdSense accounts - your 'preferred' account. Learn more

Your current AdSense Account is your 'preferred' account for AdMob.

To change your preferred account, you need to switch to the AdSense account you would
prefer to use with AdMob, and make it preferred.

STILL it is not letting me sign up. wth? I am a college student and super tight with time, this is annoying me and delaying my whole process. Someone PLEASE HELP. Also, please donot direct me to FAQ's I have tried them all. Unless you think I REALLY missed one helpful one. 

I don't know what google means when it says' "You do not have access to the account that is connected to your AdMob account." I checked all my possible google account and none are connected to admob. So I have no idea what to do here. Any google being a multibillion dollar company that it is doen't even have a developer-support phone number? Even apple has one.

This is also a new account that i created so I could use same account to monetize me youtube and Apps. So, don't think creating ANOTHER new account will help. It's just turn thing into a bigger mess.

Your issue seems to be more on the account side rather than with our SDK, so I would recommend you to contact our Product Support Team regarding this issue.

The link you sent redirects to just a FAQs site. which was no help at all. Please guide me where to go if you can. I appreciate the email you sent and you help so far

You might be falling into the category which earns 25$ or less per month, which may hinder your ability to contact the Product Support Team using the previously linked form. If this is the case, the only way for you to help solve this issue is with the use of our Help Center

I'm dealing with the same problem. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO EARN $25/MONTH WHEN WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHOW ADS!!!

Seriously, the link you sent him doesn't deal with ALREADY HAVING ACCESS TO AN ADSENSE ACCOUNT BUT LOGGING INTO ADMOB AND IT STATING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS.

For any account related concerns, if you can't access this form, then I suggest that you refer to these Account issues FAQs for any relevant information or raise them over to the AdMob Help Forumbecause these are the appropriate channels for your account related concerns.

On the other hand, if you are having issues showing an Ad on your end, then could you create a new thread with more details (e.g. error logs captured) regarding this and we'll assist you from there?
