Upon checking in our sample interstitial app using your ad unit id provided, I wasn't able to replicate your error log. Can you try again if you're able to return the error? You can also check this common reasons why ads are not showing.

i m getting No ad config error everytime when i load app. testing ads working fine. but live ads not showing.

below are my app id and ads id 

App id : ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx~xxxxxxxxxx
Ads id ; ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx

This is the log we're seeing in the publisher's app.
