mediation auto switch

hi,

if i use mediation for two ad network

when ad network 1 can not give any impression

according to the rule 

the mediation  will auto switch to anther

but,if after 10 minute (or 1~2 hour ) and ad network 1 resume the support of impression 

does the mediation auto switch back?

i find two different opinion:

1.the mediation wouldn't switch back until tomorrow (0:00)

2.the mediation auto detect any time and auto switch back any time

which one is ture?

#2 is true. On every ad request, mediation will try ad network 1 first. So if ad network 1 starts filling ads again, you'll start seeing network 1 ads immediately.
