Published to PROD and still no Ads

I published my application to Play Store and it is available for all to install.

During test I had test ads running but as soon as I switched to the PROD setAdUnitID my  ads disappeared. It's now 10 days since the application went into production.  How can I test if the AdUnitID is working properly?

Could you kindly provide the error message you are encountering when loading the Ads?

Could you kindly provide the below information via reply to author option for further investigation:

• app ID
• ad unit ID
• Mobile Ads SDK Version
• Charles logs
