Hi,

Google may sometimes place a limit on the number of ads your AdMob account can show. This might be a temporary ad serving limit to evaluate your traffic quality, or it might be because of invalid traffic concerns in your AdMob account. For more information, please refer to Ad serving limits

Kindly share your app ID via reply to author option for further investigation.

Hi,

Make sure your ads don’t draw unnatural attention, mislead users, encourage clicks, or appear in places that may cause invalid clicks. If we find invalid activity in your app(s), you may be at risk for account disablement.

Break down your traffic reports into meaningful segments using app filters such as app name, ad unit and country. This will help you gauge how changes to traffic sources or implementation can affect your ad traffic. You can use Google Analytics to get detailed information about your app visitors, and be on the lookout for any suspicious user behavior. Some questions to ask yourself:

  • Where do my users come from?
  • How are they interacting with my app?
  • Which screens do they view in my app?

Learn more about how you can use Google Analytics in AdMob and how to implement the Google Analytics SDK for Android and iOS.

For ad serving concern, we recommend raising this to AdMob Help Center for better context on this.

hey support team,

we have found that we did wrong ads implementation on flutter code that load interstitial ads on screen open. there is 20+ screens so its load everytime user open that screen, we have 1000+ downloads and 600+ active users

due to wrong implementation we have received daily 10-20k ad request and 20 impressions, 1-3% match rate. currently our account ad limit issue.

we have fixed code only load interstitial ads only first time when open app then show ads only when click count = 5 so we think now all set let me correct if we did wrong.

my question is...

1) what about old user ? we have sent update prompt but not all users gonna update app so they are using old version that have wrong implementation. how we solve that ?

2) we have passed 1 month ad limit serving duration now we have updated our app there is chance to remove ad limit now ?

please help us.
thanks.

Hi,

Try to implement force update feature into your application which should be done in the initial stage itself. If you missed it the second option would be try replacing the ad unit ID which causing the invalid traffic with new ad unit ID and delete the old one and publish the app again.

As mentioned in previous mail use Google Analytics in AdMob to know your ad traffic.
