No AdMob ads showing or over one month after received “Ad serving on your account is currently limited because of invalid traffic concerns” message

Hello, 

One month ago, I received the “Ad serving on your account is currently limited because of invalid traffic concerns” warning,  but after that there is no more feedback from AdMob, and there is also no ads showing on my app.

 I am eager to know the current status of the review because it has been over a month and I have to pay the cost of service for more than 17,000 app users  :(

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Since you're experiencing an ad serving limit, this might be a temporary ad serving limit to evaluate your traffic quality, or it might be because we've identified invalid traffic concerns in your AdMob account. While this ad serving limit typically impacts publishers for less than 30 days, it may take longer in some cases. Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate and policy error of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.
