Mediation: lots of requests but 0 impressions

Hello everyone,

I set up mediation with 3 additional networks: inmobi, mobfox and facebook audience.

In the admob portal, I can see lots of requests for each one of them but no actual impressions. Admob instead receive impressions and I can see the banners.

I'm using latest 7.24.1 version of admob sdk and all latest version of adapters and sdks of the other networks.

From the debugger on facebook's website, I can see the requests if I use a test device (because I'm logged in with the same fb account on that device), but no banner is actually seen by my users, apart from admobs ones.

I followed the instructions on both admob and networks' websites, and installed adapters and sdks with cocoapods.

Don't know really how to debug this.

Hi there,

If you are able to see the statistics on Facebook's Console when using a test device, then we can safely assume that your implementation and integration is correct from an SDK's perspective and this may be classified as a serving issue.

What I would recommend you to do is to play around with the eCPM values of the Ad Networks in the Mediation stack and increase the values for the Ad Networks you wish to display ads from. You can also refer to this Help Center Article on how Mediation Priority, and Mediation in general, works.
