Hi, 

I have watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SysASyh9XKo and implemented these steps for GDPR using AdMob account privacy settings.

What is not clear to me and I have tried to read documentation. If later on User does Manage Consent and opts out of GDPR consent. Then is it my responsibility for that User to pass some parameter in API that this User has now revoked consent and do not show any personalized ads to this User. Or does AdMob know from backend about this User from choices recorded in UMP and is upto date to know User's options? In other words, do I need to do any lookup on User's GDPR options saved in AdMob managed UMP and then pass some parameters?

Yes, AdMob Knows that user from choices recorded in UMP but you need to review the consent choices a user has made, you need to implement code in the Android/iOS layer. Take a look on How to read consent choices for Android /iOS" for guidance on achieving this. Additionally, consult Ad serving modes to understand how consent choices align with different ad serving modes, such as non-personalized ads.

You can re-show the consent options by using the privacy options APIs. For more details, see our Privacy Options section.
