I have executed our sample project with your IDs and am able to load the ads successfully from my end.
Upon checking your AdMob account with the provided information, we found a “Ad serving is limited” issue in the policy center, which must be resolved. It is currently limited because of invalid traffic concerns.
What you can do:
Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad-server (AdMob, Ad Manager, AdX or through a Third-party ad network) and does not have any control over the eCPM, match rate/fill rate/show rate/display rate or impressions of your app. I would recommend that you reach out to the Product support team as they are better equipped to address your concern.
