GDPR not showing in iOS 17

Hello,

My live app is showing GDPR everytime in iOS 16, it work great but when I use a device with iOS 17 the GDPR rarely appears, like 1 time out of 3.  (For testing I delete the app and then reinstall and see if GDPR appear or no)
I would like to know where this issue come from? I tried to update the admob SDK version to the latest 10.10.0 but still the same problem. 

Is this a normal behavior in iOS 17? If no, how to fix it?

Upon reviewing your concern, I understand that you are facing an issue with GDPR. I have tried the sample application and it’s working fine. I've tested the application (IOS 17) multiple times but I'm unable to reproduce the issue and I'm getting GDPR properly. So could you please refer to the sample application.
