IOS 16 devices: Banners and interstitial ads cannot be displayed

Hello everybody
When my own ios app was upgraded to 16.x, banners and interstitials didn't show up. I downloaded admob's official objectC banner and interstitial code, ran it with xcode and found that the ads could not be displayed (no error), I need help, thank you

xcode: 14.1
ios: 16.1.1 (ipad, iphone14 and so on)

I went ahead and tested our sample app on iPhone 14 Pro iOS 14 simulator, and was able to load test ads on my end. With that, could you please try to use a different internet connection, then let me know how it goes? In addition, could you also try to implement the ad load errors, then share to us what you're getting on your end?

1. You unzip adTest.7z
2. Enter the path: adTest\adTest\proj.ios_mac
3. Run the command: pod install --repo-update
4. Open adTest.xcworkspace with the latest mac system (macOS ventura13.0.1), xcode 14.1

ios simulator or device: iphone14 pro or ipadOS 16.1.1(latest ios system)
