DFP ads internal error on Android

I am using the DFP ads for iOS and Android, our logging system shows a weird error that happens on Android, the error is "ERROR_CODE_INTERNAL_ERROR", based on google document this error happens for example when you receive an invalid response from ad Server, check this link: https://developers.google.com/android/reference/com/google/android/gms/ads/AdRequest#ERROR_CODE_INTERNAL_ERROR

Can anyone help us in understanding the possible reasons for such error? Attached the code snippet we use to request the ads and the console errors from a device where the ads not showing.

Thank you for sharing the logs. Based on the logs, I see that the Ad has been loaded successfully. I was not able to load ads by testing your Ad Unit ID with our sample apps. Could you share the specific logs where you're receiving the ERROR_CODE_INTERNAL_ERROR error? This error is usually returned when there an invalid response received from the ad server. Could you share the Network ID along with the Charles Proxy logs with SSL Proxy enabled, so I can take a look? Please refer to this guide on how to properly set it up. This will help us take a look the request being sent to the ad server. You can reply back via Reply privately to author option.
