Reward Ad requests have a high chance of failure, up to 50%

Our project is integrated with admob advertising, including opening ads, Reward ads, banner ads;

No problem in the test environment, but in the official environment there is a big problem;

The chance of Reward ad request failure is very high, up to 50%;

All of them are the same error:

"Request Error: The Google ad request was unable to be fulfilled before a timeout occurred;"

We switched the Reward ad ID, but it didn't help;

We would like to get your technical support;
