Hi Jiyan Aslan,

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK support team.

Kindly note that I have removed your responses from the forum where it contains the PII information.

I checked your AdMob account and found that ad serving is limited for your iOS app due to “Google-served ads obscuring content”. Your Android app is still under review. You need to fix some issues to restore regular ad serving. Start with "Must fix" issues and ensure your app meets AdMob Program Policies. Other issues are optional to fix, but recommended since they affect ad serving.

To restore ads showing in your app:

  1. Review the policies and guidelines so you can understand and identify the issue
  2. Fix the issues in your app and make sure it complies with our policies and guidelines
  3. Upload the new version to the app store
  4. Request a review. Reviews typically take a week, but sometimes take longer.

If you think the app already follows our policies and product restrictions, go to step 4 and request a review.

Please note that your review request was rejected on Jan 22, 2025 and also find the below responses for your queries.

1.What additional steps can I take to demonstrate compliance with AdMob policies?

I would recommend you to check the AdMob policies and restrictions article for more information.

2.Is there a way to request more detailed feedback or data from AdMob about the restriction?

Check in the policy center of AdMob account for more details.

3.How long does it typically take for AdMob to review and respond to such cases?

Reviews generally take a couple of days, but in some cases we may require more time to evaluate your app.

This seems to be a policy issue rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. The next step for you would be to reach out to the Product Support Team as they are better equipped to address your concern and provide further assistance.

Find below your response with redacted information.

I’m reaching out to seek advice or insights regarding an issue I’m facing with my AdMob account. Recently, my account was restricted for "invalid click activity," but after thoroughly reviewing my app’s traffic and ad performance data, I’ve found no signs of unusual or suspicious clicks.

Here are some details about my situation:

I actively monitor my app’s traffic patterns and ad metrics to ensure compliance with AdMob policies. My app design prevents accidental clicks, and I’ve implemented all recommended practices. Despite this, my account was flagged, and I haven’t been provided with any specific details about the alleged invalid activity.

I’ve already reached out to AdMob via their invalid activity contact form, but I’m wondering if anyone here has faced a similar situation and could share tips on resolving it.

Specifically, I’d like to know:

  1. What additional steps can I take to demonstrate compliance with AdMob policies?
  2. Is there a way to request more detailed feedback or data from AdMob about the restriction?
  3. How long does it typically take for AdMob to review and respond to such cases?

I’d greatly appreciate any advice or insights from the group. Thank you in advance for your help!
