Frustrating circular-impossible-to-resolve support process.
1. No contact us button in upper left corner of my account/support page despite earnings of > $25 per week. So that information is not true.
2. Thousands in earnings, monthly payments are current and continuing (was paid 2 days ago as well)
3. Have 1099's issued in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018
4. W-9 on-file and approved since 2015
No 1099 received this year. (for tax year 2019).
Seems like a reasonable problem to resolve. There is even an automated "no 1099 received" and "request for 1099". So I did that.
This is when the fun begins...
First attempt result = Sorry, our records indicate $0 of income (below $600 threashhold obviously). This is NOT CORRECT (I am paid monthly to this day!). Well over $600/year.
Second attempt = Sorry, you are a C Coportation. This is NOT CORRECT. The W-9 on file since 2015 sole proprietrship/disregarded entity LLC
Third attempt = Sorry, our records show $0 income.
Now, I suppose refusal of google to issue a 1099, although violates US Tax Law, is not that big of a deal. I obviously know the income and can report it correctly. After all, it is direct-deposited from google into my bank account every month. Just add those up and I'm good. BUT --
The bigger concern, of course, is what is going on with my account?
And the even bigger concern is "How can this get resolved?"
The only solution in front of me at this point is to cancel AdMob account and use another provider.

I suspect this has something to do with AdSense/AdMob merger, and possibly the existence of many google accounts (for GMAIL, NOT FOR ADMOB/ADSENSE - THERE IS ONLY ONE OF THOSE).
Where to go from here? Literally impossible to resolve.
Report Google to the IRS for failure to issue 1099 when required by law, providing my W-9 and prior year's 1099's and current year payments as proof?
What would the IRS really do to google?
Unless this is a common problem with Admob/Adsense?
Suggestions? Is it really IMPOSSIBLE to contact an actual person in banking/accounts/tax/payments to get this resolved.
The issue is so EASILY proven I cannot even image how Google repeatedly comes back with incorrect resolution.
The support site does not have an entry for "Google has incorrect information regarding my account; how do I get this fixed".
