(iOS) Muted Audio Auto-Play Ads Stop System Music Player When Unloaded

If a user is playing music and a muted auto-play audio ad is shown, then when the ad is unloaded it stops music playing on iOS.

This is very frustrating for our users who listen to music while browsing the app because if they get a specific ad then when that ad scrolls off-screen their music cuts out seemingly randomly to them.

Also when the muted audio clip ends it will stop the system music player too.

This affects muted auto-play ads, these should have no effect on the system music player.

If you have an app that plays audio then you may want to check out our audio session guide to set up audio in your app correctly. If after attempting to implement audio controls described in that guide you still cannot achieve the audio functionality you want in the app, then for us to help out we would need the following:

• a sample project based on one of our sample apps with minimum modification to address your issue
• steps to replicate issue
• list of desired behaviors for each possible route users can take through the app
